  I have been going to this place for several years and been satisfied, but something changed, maybe new management or something else.
  
  I always stand outside at the back of the building and out of the employees way so I can watch the work they do on my vehicle. But I am told I cannot stand their by a worker than by a manager "I must go inside or in the front of the building", that made me suspicious. I was even standing in the alley, public area.
  
  I will not go back if I can't see the work being done on my vehicle.
