  Dr. Rasheeda of ER at Fontana Medical Center is an awesome
  physician. She carefully examined, prescribed appropriate medication,
  recommended to admit my wife who was suffering from acute breathing
  problem and cough. ( She deserves a five star status). Thank you Dr.
  
  However, a senior physician of ER (Chinese looking)
  discharged her without proper evaluation, and she had
  very hard time at home, consequently she was admitted
  again before 48 hours, and still in the hospital.
  
  The RN Jeannie of 5th floor Room # 536, very excellent Nurse,
  she is professional and client oriented. She dedicated to patient
  care, I appreciate her taking care of my wife Lili oblitas.
  
  However, one of the nursing staff addressed me as " Paapa",
  I believe that is in-appropriate of addressing patients and
  their relatives. Please be advised to address this issue in briefing !!
